What are cookies?

Market Resource Partners, LLC operating as pharosIQ (“Company”), as well as third parties may use cookies, pixels and/or web beacons (“Technologies”) to collect information on the Company website, microsites it controls and third-party sites (“Sites”).

  • Cookies. A Cookie is a small text file that may be stored on your device when you visit a website.
  • Pixels. A pixel is an invisible image or block of code which “drops” cookies on webpages.
  • Web beacons. A web beacon is used synonymously with tracking pixels, including JavaScript (or other programming languages) that allow data to be exchanged between systems typically through use of APIs.

How Long do Cookies Last?

  • Session Cookies: Once placed, a “”session Cookie”” remains on your computer or mobile device during your visit to a website and automatically expire when you close your browser. We use session Cookies to help you navigate our websites faster, and, if you have an account with us, to enable us to give you information that is more relevant to you.
  • Persistent Cookies: Once placed, a “”persistent Cookie”” remains on your computer or mobile device after you close your browser and remain on your computer or mobile device until an expiration date set by the source of the persistent Cookie unless you disable or delete them. Persistent Cookies keep a record of certain activities you engage in across our websites (and in some cases across other websites). Persistent Cookies may be used for a variety of purposes, including remembering your preferences and choices when using our websites, keeping track of items you place in your shopping cart on our websites but do not purchase before leaving, and to deliver advertising that is relevant to you.

Use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud

We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (“SFMC”) as a data processor to support our business‑to‑business marketing, customer relationship management, and account engagement activities. SFMC enables us to maintain unified profiles that consolidate information you provide to us, as well as information we collect through your interactions with our websites, communications, and services.

Categories of Personal Data Processed

We may process professional information such as:

  • Your name and business contact details
  • Your job title, role, and seniority level

Not all features or functions of the Site may work properly if you disable Cookies. You cannot disable all Cookies, such as Cookies that are essential to the functioning of the Site.

How can you control Targeted Advertising Cookies?

Opt-Out Preference Signal. You may opt out of the sale or sharing of your Personal Information by broadcasting an opt-out preference signal, such as the Global Privacy Control (“”GPC””) (on the browsers and/or browser extensions that support such a signal). To download and use a browser supporting the GPC browser signal, click Global Privacy Control — Take Control Of Your Privacy. If you choose to use the GPC signal, you will need to turn it on for each supported browser or browser extension you use.

Advertising Networks. To change your preferences with respect to certain online ads and to obtain more information about third-party ad networks and online behavioral advertising, visit National Advertising Initiative Consumer opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance Self-Regulatory Program. Changing your settings with individual browsers or ad networks will not necessarily carry over to other browsers or ad networks. As a result, depending on the opt-outs you request, you may still see our ads.

Browser Settings. Alternatively, most web browsers allow some control of most Cookies through the browser settings. To find out more about Cookies, including how to see what Cookies have been set, visit www.aboutcookies.org or www.allaboutcookies.org.

Opting out of Company website cookies

When you are using the Company website you can control the use of cookies using the CookiePro tool.

However, please note that if you browse the web from multiple devices or browsers, you will need to opt-out from each device or browser to ensure that your choices are reflected on each device or browser. For the same reason, if you use a new device, change browsers, or clear all cookies, you will need to perform this opt-out task again.

The CookiePro tool can be located by clicking the icon which appears in the bottom left corner of the screen when you visit the Company website.
