Where to find Technologies
Technologies may be used by Company on a number of Sites including;
- Email tracker – Company’s Technologies may be placed on 1) emails sent to recipients as part of a marketing campaign to track openings and 2) microsites controlled by Company which are accessed by visitors when they click through emails.
- Advertising – Company may place Technologies on advertisements displayed on behalf of itself and its clients.
- Company website – Company Technologies along with third party Technologies may be placed on the Company website.
- Web-tracker – Company may place Technologies on websites controlled by Company’s clients.
How Long do Cookies Last?
- Session Cookies: Once placed, a “”session Cookie”” remains on your computer or mobile device during your visit to a website and automatically expire when you close your browser. Company’s use of Technologies is subject always to obtaining your consent, where required, in accordance with applicable law. When Company places Technologies on a website controlled by a third-party, the Technology will be known as a Company Third Party Cookie. Use of the Company Third Party Cookie will be governed by this cookie policy. Company may enable third parties to place Technologies on websites controlled by Company. The cookie policies of the third-party providers will govern their use and collection of the information. Through the Technologies, Company may collect certain information about a user’s activities on a particular Site including but not limited to IP address, URL, page interactions etc. All information generated by the Technology about your use of the Site will be stored by Company on servers in the United States, Ireland or the Philippines.
Use of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
We use Salesforce Marketing Cloud (“SFMC”) as a data processor to support our business‑to‑business marketing, customer relationship management, and account engagement activities. SFMC enables us to maintain unified profiles that consolidate information you provide to us, as well as information we collect through your interactions with our websites, communications, and services.
Categories of Personal Data Processed
We may process professional information such as:
- Your name and business contact details
- Your job title, role, and seniority level
- Your organization and industry
- Interaction history with our content, events, and communications
This information may come directly from you, from your organization, from publicly available business sources (such as LinkedIn or company websites), or through your engagement with our digital channels.
Sharing Information
Company may share information it collects through its use of Technologies with Company’s clients. Such parties may use the information;
- To deliver advertisements and content which may be relevant to your interests.
- To personalize advertisements and content using your preferences.
- To recognize and de-duplicate in-aggregate reporting produced by combining data from Company, Company’s clients, and third parties that Company’s clients work with.
- To assist in identifying possible fraudulent activities.
The information collected is not analyzed in a way that would reveal the identity of the individual browsing the websites.
Disabling Cookies.
Most browsers automatically accept Cookies. You can disable this function, but disabling Cookies may impact your use and enjoyment of the Site.
