First Derivatives plc (FD) and MRP have recently relocated their joint Belfast office to accommodate the rapid growth of both businesses. FD recently announced plans to recruit 1,000 new employees in the next three years. MRP, a subsidiary of First Derivatives, is the leading global provider of AI-powered customer acquisition software and services and has been operating in Belfast for over eight years.
The Belfast office is now located in the newly redeveloped Weaving Works building on Ormeau Avenue. Previously known as Armagh House, the historic building has been vacant for nearly two decades. Together, FD and MRP will now occupy the entire restored office space, housing 350 employees under one roof.
Brian Conlon, CEO of FD, commented, “We are delighted to announce this milestone for FD and MRP. This office allows us to access a diverse talent pool in Belfast and offer our staff a beautiful space in the heart of the City. It is an exciting time for FD and we are looking forward to further expanding our operations across the island of Ireland, and abroad.”
“MRP’s presence in Belfast has been critical to our international growth over the past eight years,” said Kevin Cunningham, CEO of MRP. “We’re thrilled to strengthen our roots in Belfast and be a part of its resurgence.
