With over two decades of leadership experience, Rokuskie has served as the company’s Chief Financial and Operating Officer since 2023 and played a pivotal role in the creation of the new company, following the merger of the two companies CONTENTgine and MRP. Prior to joining MRP as SVP of Finance in 2020, Rokuskie spent 12 years at Merck KGaA as Head of Finance and Treasurer America’s for the Performance Materials division, supporting several M&A deals, driving significant improvements in working capital, and playing an essential role in transforming the company’s ERP landscape.

As interim CEO, Rokuskie will lead pharosIQ through its next chapter of innovation, focusing on enhancing the company’s market position and expanding its product offerings to meet the evolving needs of global clients.
